The Great Expectations Foundation has partnered with McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois to create The Great Expectations Foundation Scholarship Fund. Its goals align with that of the Foundation: Every child’s story should be one of triumph; every community’s, one of prosperity. By creating greater access to higher education at a top-tier private university and closing the gap for students with financial need, the Scholarship seeks to empower future leaders through education and strengthen communities along the way.
The scholarship awards up to $3,000 per semester up to two consecutive semesters to selected full-time undergraduate McKendree students pursuing any program of study. Students must be from a county in which a Rent One or RNR Tire Express Midwest is located. It is awarded twice annually.
