Take Action Today, as a Recovery Community Organization, works to advocate for the needs of the recovery community on several levels, develops training opportunities for people in recovery, and creates service opportunities for people in recovery to give back to their communities.
Non-clinical, peer-based support services for people seeking recovery from a lifestyle of substance use and/or homelessness is available at Take Action Today.
Great Expectations Foundation rewarded Take Action Today with a $3,500 grant to help renovate the facilities for community members experiencing housing instability. Their community goals align with that of the Great Expectations Foundation.
