Richwoods HighSchool is located in Peoria, IL
Richwoods High School Bass team works hard to provide an opportunity for kids to fish and learn about the natural resources available while also teaching them intangible lessons and life skills.
They focus on conservation while also encouraging the spirit of competition! They are currently undergoing some overhauls on equipment and requested a grant to assist in purchasing safety vests, goggles, and fishing equipment used directly for competitive fishing. In addition, the teacher has been a local friend of our Store Manager for over 20 years!
Their community goals align with that of the Great Expectations Foundation. Great Expectations Foundation rewarded them with a $1000 grant to support competitive fishing at Richwoods High School.
