The mission at Almost Home is to empower young moms to become self-sufficient and create a better future for themselves and their children. And the vision is to end the cycle of poverty two generations at a time.

Young moms are truly successful when they have the internal motivation and grit vital to achieving success. At Almost Home, we develop the potential of each young mom and guide those who are ready to change.

Great Expectations Foundation rewarded Almost Home with a $2,500 grant to help their organization continue empowering young moms and create better futures. Their community goals align with that of the Great Expectations Foundation.
